Our Terms & Conditions

  • 100% payments to be made at the time of booking through Cheque only
  • All prices exclusive of Service Tax.
  • Generator charges extra as per the Rules & Regulations.
  • For INDIVIDUAL HALLS, the bookings will be taken only within 30 days.
  • Booking confirmation is against 100% advance payment only.
  • Payment by cheques are subject to realization.
  • For Refund, the conditions mentioned in the Rules & Regulation of the booking form shall be applicable.
  • Cash to be paid at office only and receipts duly collected.
  • We are not responsible for any of the valuable belongings of the customer or any loss thereof.
  • The cost of any damage to property & articles will be recovered from customers.
  • Loud Speakers will not be allowed. However, the audio system within the limited volume will be permitted. No Audio will be used beyond 9.00pm.
  • Only preparation of tea/coffee and ready-to-serve snacks are allowed in Premises.
  • Tobacco products & alcohol are NOT ALLOWED in the premises.
  • No Nailing and Sticking inside the premises except on the backdrop provided.
  • No Painting or disfiguring of Halls & Corridors.
  • The hall and / or the stage decoration will be carried out only through the empanelled decorators of MIRTH.
  • The Electrical, Water, Cleaning & Genset charges shall be extra.
  • Electrical illuminations will be arranged only through the MIRTH contractors.
  • The Power & Water shall be disconnected automatically at the closing time.
  • All outstanding dues to be settled at the time of Checkout.
  • The display of the function / event should be only in the designated location.
  • The Rules & Regulations given in the booking form is to be followed strictly.
